CLOWNING CLASSES FOR ADULTS
Discover your inner clown and let it out!
Uncover your personal clown, don a red nose and study the techniques of Jaque Lecoq, Frosty Little, Elizabeth Baron, Ettienne Decroix, Giovannie Fusetti, Marcel Marceau, and other masters.
Class is tailored to the needs of participants, as well as the availability of professional instructors and changes for every session.
Instructors are experts in character development, slapstick, how to take a pie in the face, mime, scene development, and much more.
Instructors: provided by Byrd Productions, are a variety of Kansas City's top professional clowns, mimes and performing artists, and some surprise drop-ins from around the world! Local instructors include Beth Byrd-Lonski, Leslie Seifert-Cady, Audrey Crabtree, Stephanie Roberts, Kait Dowling, Heidi Van, Andy Perkins, Dennis Porter, Larry Goodman, Patrick Rippeto, Terry DaVolt, and Kent Mercer & Kevin Mercer.
All participants must be 16 or older.
This class runs throughout the year.
The Fall Session runs 8 weeks Sept. 15 - Nov 3.

This is will be taught at a physically safe distance AND participants will be required to wear a mask. Once you've registered, participating through ZOOM will be an option. IF you are participating through ZOOM, it's recommended that you have a full-length mirror and a smooth floor. Class size is limited. Please, register early!
